I support individuals and teams in consciously shaping their professional roles, collaboration, and development – with clarity, structure, and a strategic perspective.

Career development often begins with a simple question:
“Is the way things are right now really how it should stay?”

Many of my clients reach a point where they feel that something in their professional life needs to change – whether it is more clarity, more responsibility, a new direction, or a better understanding of their own role within a professional context.

In individual coaching, the focus is on consciously reflecting on professional situations, recognizing personal patterns, and developing well-founded decisions for the next steps. This creates a structured space for orientation, prioritization, and personal clarity.

In team coaching, the focus is on collaboration: communication, roles, processes, and shared ways of working are made visible and further developed. The aim is to make everyday collaboration more effective, clearer, and more intentional.

In my work, I combine systemic coaching (Diploma of Advanced Studies – Competence Coach, Steinbeis+Akademie) with my extensive experience as a Senior Learning Manager.

I work in an analytical, structured, and individualized way. My focus is not on quick impulses, but on well-founded clarity and decisions that are sustainable in everyday working life.
